I find it ironic that there are so many people on here looking for help and there is zero support from Google. How sad.

As the website name says this is a community forum. There are community specialists that can give a comprehensive solution, but most of the time it's up to the community to help each other.
There is feedback in the Google Home app that you can send to Google.
It's incredibly ironic that you are not asking a question on this post.
