Can't get it connected to wifi now, I have reset everything and pushed the factory reset button. I do all the reinstall steps and get "something went wrong" when I try to wifi connect. Other devices are working fine. I have deleted and reinstalled the APP. It's been working perfectly for over a year.

I’m sorry to hear that and for the delayed response here. Let’s see what’s going on — a few questions: what’s the status light of the doorbell? How far is the doorbell from the router? What Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)? Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the doorbell? Also, were there any changes to your Wi-Fi network?
