My other wireless nest camera works fine at the side. However, the camera at the front is permanently offline. Im going to try a reset tomorrow morning. It was working fine, clear signal where my modem is positioned presently. Beginning January, Im wondering if a neighbour got a new device for Christmas causing interference. If this is the case, how do I fix if they have a device interfering so we can both have our devices not to cause interference? What else would have caused it to go offline? Can anyone help me please?

You could use the AirPort Utility app on your iPhone to see which Wi-Fi signals are strongest at your camera's location, and on which Wi-Fi bands and channels. That MIGHT tell you something.
If your neighbor's Wi-Fi is stronger than yours on the same band and channel, you could try changing the channel for that band on your router/modem.
But if your Wi-Fi has good signal strength at your camera's location, then it might be that your neighbor's new Wi-Fi device has nothing to do with your camera being offline.
I don't know why else your camera might be offline. We've had a Google Nest Battery Camera for over 3 years, plugged in with the optional power cable, and it's always "Live" and online.

Thank you for responding. I downloaded the Airport Utility App on my iPhone. When I ran it, it told me “no airport base station were found.”. My other Nest camera works which is further away from my modem. I will try powering off my modem then restart. If that does not work I will move the modem closer to the window where my offline camera is installed to see if that works. The temperature is cold out and maybe the working nest camera even though still outside is in a more sheltered area close to a motion sensor light. This motion light is off for 8 hours at night unless motion where it stays in for a minute. I wouldn’t think the temperature would be a factor if one is working.

Hi folks!
@MplsCustomer thanks for all the information and the suggestions.
@CatherineHay thanks for posting in the community. I'm sorry for the inconveniences that you've been experiencing with your Nest camera. I understand that it's been permanently offline. I can see that you will try to restart the camera and also move the router closer to this camera. Did these steps work for you?
If the issue persists, I will help you with this. If after performing the restart and moving the router closer to the camera it still keeps going offline, I will suggest you perform a factory reset on your device and add it back to the app.
You can check the next article to look for the factory reset steps for your specific Nest camera: Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell.
Tell me how it goes.
Regards,
Daniel.
