Wyze Cam not working with google

My Wyze caneras appear on the google hub & google home app(iphone) but when I click on the camera it says offline. I immediately go to the Wyze app and the cameras are working just fine.

I'm having the same the problem! I upgraded to this from an older google router.  My Wyze camera and Geeni lights will not connect!!! 😖 I cannot set up them up again either because the home app won't even see them trying to connect.

Thank you for letting me know about your linking third party devices problem. I'm committed to providing you with excellent customer service and will do everything I can to help you resolve this issue. Try removing the third-party device directly from your Google account and relinking it to the Google Home app. Check out the link below and see if they are still linked. If so, you both can remove it from there. Once done, relink it to the Google Home app.

Yes, the suggested steps don’t work. As I said, Google is aware of this issue. Are you in a position in which you can check with them their plan to fix it?

I recently bought a nest doorbell wired and started using the home app again. I was happy it showed the new doorbell cam, I decided to link my Wyze cam to it and finally buy the Eufy cam and of course they don’t show on the app on my iPhone. I decided to check my wife’s Samsung and what do you know all 3 cameras work with a live feed on her phone. I’ve tried all the steps above is there a fix for this.

This is a known issue. The camera stream doesn't work on the Google Home for iPhone app. There's been comments here about Google working on a fix. My personal opinion is that this isn't a priority for Google, so they won't fix it.
