blank screen blinking orange dot

My screen is blank and their is a dot blinking orange.  My app has offline.  My other 2 nest are working

I appreciate you taking the time to post in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Thermostat is not powering up and showing you a blinking orange light. I'll be more than happy to assist you. Before we get started, I have some questions: 

1. When did the issue start?
2. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
3. Have you checked if the power breakers are on?
4. Have you had power outages recently?
5. Did you receive a low battery or no power error code on your thermostat before it went blank?
6. Have you tried to remove the thermostat from the wall and charge it with a micro USB wire?
