How do I get my cameras back online?  Other devices are working fine.

Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand that you have been experiencing some issues regarding that your cameras are offline on your app, let me help you with this!

Before we move forward, I need some information to provide you with the most accurate steps:

  • What is the make and model of your cameras?
  • When did the issue start?
  • Can you see any LED light on your cameras? If so, what is the color of it?
  • Did you do any changes on your environment, like change the wifi name or password 
  • Are you getting any error messages? 
  • How many cameras do you have?
  • What is the app that you are using? 

Once you fill out this information, I will be more than happy to assist you!

1.- Google nest cam outdoor (2) , Google nest cam indoor. 

2.- Hace unos 12 días.

3.- Veo luz Led de color Verde que se apaga suavemente hasta volver a encender. 

4.- Realize la migración Solicitada de la app Google Nest a  la app Google Home. 

5.- No aparece ningún mensaje de error.

6.- 3 Cámaras en total.

7.- Google nest Detecta las cámaras , pero llega un momento en que dice que continúe la configuración en Google Home y ya no permite seguir adelante. 

Google Home definitivamente NO detecta las camaras.

Thanks for the information provided! I appreciate it. In this case, let’s try the next steps. First, let’s check if we can reconnect your cameras manually to your Wi-Fi network. To do that, please follow these steps:

  • On the Nest app home screen, tap Settings (gear icon).
  • Select Home info, then Home Wi-Fi help.
  • Select the camera you want to update.
  • Tap Start and then Update settings.

Please try this and let me know how it goes!
