hello, i changed to a new network and can't get my devices back on line. I followed the directions on removing the devices, but can't see how to add them back

You may have to perform a factory reset (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162), and then reinstall them in either the Google Nest app (using the "Add product" option under Settings) or Google Home app (using the "Add" option under Settings), as appropriate.
