@LovelyM for closing my post not considering that:
1> I was waiting for the problem to manifest again (and, no, I'm not going to turn my alarm on on holidays)
2> I was on holiday, and not home, given here is a "brdge" period (holidays that can be joined using little days off, I don't know how to say it in English, in Italian we say "fare ponte" lit. make bridge) so my alarm was off (and also I wasn't home).

I strongly suggest you to leave little more time before closing because a 24h ultimatum won't leave enough time to check, sorry for having a life outside google's forums

Anyway THIS is a link to the original issue, I'll update here: please allow me at least TWO weeks from today to provide updates because next week I'll be on business trip and I'm not bringing the google home with me.

Updates:

inverting the stop with the voice-clock did not worked, I still arrive home after some days out out hearing the radio from the nest.
In the morning sometimes it shuts the radio but usually does not. In the days I've been home it worked 1 day out of 3.

Ok, here they are:
Google home version: 3.0.111 on IPhone SE-2020 running IOS 16.4.1(a).
NOTE: the issue was present also whith the older IOS releases.

Updates:
I have forgot to tell I have 2 google home (each with its own alarm routine) I noticed that offsetting by one minute the time the alarm goes off it started working properly, altough not at the time it is supposed to.
