my google nest doorbell is not downloading update

Hello, I have spent days trying to setup my nest doorbell and whenever I get to downloading the update it doesn’t get past 0%. It is getting super frustrating! I have tried resetting the device, turning off mobile data and proxy settings, I’ve tried a different iPhone and also a Samsung tablet. I have also tried creating a new home. Still no luck. 

Is there anyone that might be able to help?

If your doorbell is at firmware 1.67 or below pray it stays that way. 
With firmware 1.69 the doorbell is practically useless after sunset.

@Jessicajane77, i apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing. Let me help you out. Just to check: what type of Nest doorbell are you having issues with? When you say reset, is that a factory reset or just a normal reset? Here is a link on how to restart or factory reset a Nest camera or doorbell.
