On vacation and brought my nest camera with me. Want to set it up but says already set up in other account. I've tried to delete the other location but can't seem to . The prompts I got when I googled it don't seem to appear. Anyone have any experience with this? (i am sure it's simple 🙂 )

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I would love to help however I can. I am afraid because your device is not connected to the set wifi setup it usually is connected too at home, you cannot use it there unless you probably factory reset the device.

Thanks for your response. I am not sure what I did but after many attempts I finally got it connected.
