Subject: Support Request for Google Nest Thermostat Upgrade

Hello Google Nest Support,

I have a Google Nest thermostat that is no longer connecting. Below is the serial number for reference:

I also learned that older Nest thermostats may be reaching end of support and that upgrade options are available. Since I currently have two older Nest thermostats, I would like to request a coupon code or gift card toward upgrading to the latest model.
