3rd Gen Heat Link dead

Hi,

after working for more than one year thermostat started reporting H72 error. I've noticed that heat link is dead - no LEDs are turned on and even after switching breaker off for ten minutes and then on there are no changes. I've checked with voltmeter that power to the heat link is connected. 

How can I get replacement heatlink ?

I've got the exact same problem.  Boiler is fine and still have hot water but the heatlink which is hard wired from same source as boiler  has no lights - nothing happens after turning power off.  What is the guarantee on this part?
