Best Thermostat

We have a problem with it dropping the temperature on its own. We set it for 70 and it drops to 63-65 on heating. 
Any idea how to fix?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What type of Nest thermostat do you have? When did the issue start? What other strange symptoms have you experienced since the problem started? Are there any error messages? If so, what are they exactly? What kind of HVAC system do you have (Heat pump, conventional system, etc.)? Do you notice any intervals or specific patterns between these strange behaviors? Also, what country are you located in?
