Broken heatlink

Hallo,

Mijn Nest  geeft aan dat er geen stroom is. De Heat Link (het witte kastje bij de cv-ketel) brandt helemaal niet meer en krijgt geen voeding, terwijl deze vast is aangesloten. De ketel zelf werkt nog. Ik heb de stroom en bedrading gecontroleerd — alles lijkt goed. Het lijkt op het bekende probleem waarbij de Heat Link defect is. Kunt u mij helpen met vervanging?

Please provide the information requested below to better understand the issue you're experiencing:

• What is the model of your Nest Thermostat?
  • You can identify the model by comparing your thermostat with the ones shown in the article How to tell which Nest thermostat you have.
• What is the exact error message you're getting on your thermostat?
• What is the color of the LED lights on your Heat Link?
• Does the Heat Link activate your system when pressing the button once?
