Can not control thermostat from phone app. It is like the NEST thermstat is not connect to app

My phone used to connect to my NEST thermostat.  I forgot my password so I reset my account.  Since the password was reset, my phone can no longer control the NEST.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue accessing your account with the Nest app. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Could you please check your actual thermostat's Nest App settings and let me know the status? You might have used a different email account associated with your thermostat. Try signing in with other email accounts you might use. Also, I did find a helpful article with some tips for when you're having trouble signing in.
