Can't schedule temperature with Nest app

Why is there is no "Schedule" option in the Nest app for my Learning thermostat? I want to use the app because the interface on the thermostat is very touchy; it changes modes on its own, the torque needed to rotate the ring varies, etc.

Could you send a screenshot of what you see when you open your Nest app then select your thermostat?
