Cannot add thermostat to the app

I have tried everything I have two other nests working and thus was connected before burt went off line I fixed that issue but had to delete the thermostat from the app and now I can’t add it back it’s a nest e

Does anyone have an 800 number for Google nest help

@Scooter821, I saw your post and wanted to chime in — I'd love to help.

 

The Nest Thermostat E needs to reset the account connection before adding it back to the account. Just go to the device settings then reset and select account connection.

You'll have to reset the thermostat. Then, try adding it again to your account from the app.
