My spouse is adding me. He used the code for him to get connected and doesn't remember that code. Now to add me. We do all the steps and then we went to nest app and clicked. there is No select get entry key(code). it also says it is already connected to an account and then the only option is to click done. I appreciate your help, what next?

You need to use the Google Home app to add a family member.

already did that part and created my home name and all that. When I click on the nest app, it doesn't give me any thing but the name of my home, tool bar and 3 lines that if you touch it, it shows my spouse name email, messages and support., add product which you scan, but that would start the process all over with the nest thermostat. My spouse already set up the thermostat and can control by his phone. I can't use my phone. I need a code if I go to thermostat itself to connect it with my phone. I am going in circles. I need a phone number to speak with someone. Aaugh! Frustration
