E thermostat screen of death

Hi, my Nest E thermostat went offline and showed offline in the phone app, I think it showed fault H151, not sure. I tried to re connect it and now it is as useful as a house brick. The screen now shows and icon of a house with an arrow pointing to it as in the photo. Can anyone offer any help please?

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear about this, but don't worry, I'm here to help. The H151 code means that there is an issue with the connection between the Thermostat Display and Heat Link. Could you please press once on the button of your Heat Link and tell me if any lights come on?
