Last week noticed it wasn't cooling in my house. Ok pulled of the head unit put it on charge no issue checked over r wire confirm 24vac going to wire and c is completing the circuit. Just in case I checked the water shut off the voltage from the transformer the ground replaced the transformer out of frustration with no avail. Still saying e23 wire found no voltage but it has 24v 24.3 to be exact can jump the wire and command ac on no issue. Heater works as well. Reset the system flowing the flow chart and can't get past the set up due to it not recognizing voltage on r. This is a gen 2 and has had the common the entire time.

Hello Ozz904,
I'm sorry to hear that your AC won't work because of the wiring report. I'd love to help.
It appears that your system might not provide enough power or any power to either the thermostat or a specific wire (so the thermostat can’t complete a circuit and shows a report). To isolate, please gather the power readouts on your thermostat under the technical info settings. Also, let's try the steps in this guide:
Note: turn off the power from your HVAC system at the breaker box before touching the wires.
Please keep me posted on how it goes.
Best,
Mark

Hi there,
Oh no! I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you.
I appreciate the update, and it's good to know that you've already replaced it so you have cool air at home. If there’s anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
Thanks,
Mark
