E298 and M20

My AC unit is coming on and off several times an hour regardless of the temp setting.  I am seeing a NO POWER message and an E298 error code and an M20 code as well.  I have changed the batteries.  Checked the fuse box.  All seems fine.  Any ideas???

The E298 and the M20 error codes are both saying you have a power issue.

Is this a new install or one that was working but isn't now?

Post a picture of the Nest baseplate wiring here.

If you have it, post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring here too.

It has been working for years.  This is a new problem.
