I received an email with a promotion to upgrade to the 4th generation nest thermostat. It says the promo would be applied at checkout. When I go in and add the thermostat to my cart it goes through the checkout process and doesn’t allow the promotion to be applied to my account. I had three eligible thermostats of which I upgraded one last month. Looking to upgrade the other two now.
