Please help, after reset and all…I cannot seem to get out of the ‘Continue Setup in the Google Home App’ message. What do I do please? I’ve removed/replaced batteries and turned off our power for the house and nothing, this is also an already installed system and needed to factory reset for a new user. Any help is appreciated.

It's not a power issue. I had the same issue about 6 months ago. I like using my iPad because I can see better. I was 1 ft away from the device. It was doing what you are talking about using the iPad, the same bat channel, etc. Then I tried my Android phone, and it worked. Not a surprise since Samsung/Android/Google.
