Sadly I have to say that I was very disappointed with Google's stance when I bought the Nest thermostat.
I got a discount (I am on Pixel and FI for almost 10 years) for the Nest which would give me free installation.
Installation did not happen.
I made 2 appointments with Handy?? (or Angi it is not clear) but on both occasions nobody showed up.
I ask for reimbursement of the installation fee in order to make my own moves for installation but Google (Maria) responded that I was discounted so I get nothing.
So no installation no money back.
Everybody make sure what you buy and also about the discounts.
If you get discounted price, no matter why be careful.
Very disappointed with Google.
