Google nest thermostat

Trying to install Google nest thermostat our existing thermostat has 2 wire in W a black & white wire So now what? White in the W and the black in *?

It appears that you have a heat-only system. You might need a power wire that should be connected to the R terminals for the Nest thermostats. To determine your systems' compatibility, could you please share a photo of your thermostat and your control board wiring?
