Hello. I’ve had a Nest 3rd Gen Learning Thermostat for about 2 months now and it’s been working fine! Today it started showing error code W5 and it doesn't see my router or my mobile hotspot anymore. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps repeatedly, restarted my router, entered the name and password manually without any luck. Is replacement the only option? I bought my nest on Amazon.ae, how can I ask for a replacement? Thanks, Francesco
