Google pro installed my thermostat but warranty says 1 year instead of 5

I purchased a Google Nest as part of a heat pump package. It was sold and installed by a Google Pro but when I check my warranty it says One year instead of 5. What can I do to resolve this ?

Did you buy your thermostat from the Nest Pro?

To receive that additional 3-year warranty, it must be sold to you and installed by the Nest Pro.

Us Nest Pros can purchase a "Nest Pro Edition" that triggers the additional warranty period when we install it and enter our Nest Pro ID.

If you purchased it and then had a Nest Pro install it, the additional warranty isn't applied.

I bought it directly from the Pro and it says Google Pro on the box and I watched him enter the code @Patrick_Caezza
