Issue was just fixed by truning the FAN on withing the nest thermostat.

Little weird as AIR was running but somehow Nest FAN setting turns on the FAN within the compressor to run the air.

One of the things I noticed is w2 was hooked up on previous and now it is hooked to w1.  I would switch w1 back to w2. If you have a heat pump, I would make sure the nest was properly configured.

The W1 wire on a thermostat means first-stage heat. It means the contactor or compressor is turning on. The W2 wire on a thermostat controls the second stage of heat. It can also control auxiliary heat if you have a heat pump.

It will work like you have it wired, but the correct wiring is the White wire connected to the W2/AUX terminal and the Red wire connected to the Rc terminal.
