Hi, I have a Nest thermostat 3rd Gen and the heat link has just gone dead today. It was purchased in March 2019 so I know it is out of warranty but I understand there is a replacement program available for these issues. How can I organise a replacement unit for Ireland?
The heat link has no lights showing so I can't try a reset and an error of H71: Can't connect to Heat Link to control heating appears on the thermostat.
