Hi,
a few days ago our 3rd gen Nest thermostat (serial number ################) showed the error code h72. I checked the heat link and it looks pretty dead to me. No lights, even after complete power cycling - all cables connected. From what I see here and elsewhere on the net this is a common problem with these heat links. Can you please get in touch, so that I can ask for a replacement? Thank you

Hi SoriaD,
many thanks for your help. Through the chat I could arrange for the heat link to be replaced. This should resolve the problem.
