Hello nest thermostat

I’m having an issue with my nest Thermostat. 

My son had set up the app and unit for me. He has recently passed and I can’t get the app on my phone to work with the unit,,,,the unit says its connected , but i think its my sons email info thats causing the issue.

I'm sorry to hear that. What type of Nest themostat do you have? To remove all the personal settings, you might want to reset your thermostat to its default settings, then set it up. Check out this link for additional information.
