Help - A/C Issue

Just had a 3rd gen (upstairs) and 4th gen (downstairs) installed. 3rd gen works fine, but the 4th gen continues to blow got air, even when set at 60 degrees.

Yellow - Y1

Green - G

Red - RC

White - W
