How to schedule hot water timing

Hi, 

I have heating scheduled but no option on my app to schedule the timing for hot water.  I have to turn the hot water on manually and it only works when the heating is on at the same time.  No problem during the winter, but how do I get the water heated in the summer with no heating on?? 

Is there any way of speaking to a person from nest learning thermostat?  I am an IT buffoon!
