  • Just to confirm, what is the specific model of your thermostat? If possible, please send me a photo of it.

  • When was the thermostat installed?
  • What is the make and model of your HVAC system?
  • Do you see any error code in the app where you control the thermostat? If so, which one?
  • Have you had power outages recently?
  • Is the thermostat's display seated properly?
  • Are all the wires of your thermostat seated firmly in its terminals (with no loose or exposed wires)?

I would like to provide you with some additional troubleshooting steps that might help:

  • Check if the HVAC fuse is in good condition and ensure it does not seem burnt or discolored.
