Hi,
I am unable to add a new family member to my nest (learnable thermostat and soon to be doorbell). I followed the directions perfectly, many times, and yet it won't even send the invite. All I need is the invite to go out to my husband. I pressed try again 16 times and nothing. Following instructions isn't working.
Please help.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues adding your husband as a home member. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.
Is the email account showing on the screenshot the one you're trying to add? If so, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Google Home app to ensure it gets an update. Restart your phone if needed as well. Also, please note that G Suite or Workspace email addresses and a child account are accounts that can't be invited.
