Learning termostato display don't turn on when I walk by

The thermostat Always worked great,until a few weeks ago, when It started to don't turn on the display when i walked by... I didn't change any display configuration and battery Is at 3.82V.Any suggestion to make It works again?

Thanks for reaching out. I'd love to help. The Infrared (IR) sensors in your Nest Thermostat display allow functions like Farsight, Wake on Approach, and Home/Away Assist to function by detecting the presence of body heat near the thermostat.

Follow this guide:

1. Confirm that Farsight is enabled on the device. Settings Display Use Farsight. Verify that an option is selected. Otherwise, Farsight will be off.
2. If you have a new thermostat display, either from a new device, make sure to remove the sticker that covers the proximity sensor.
