Hello, I have reset the setting and wiped clear - now I have no domestic hot water settings?
The previous home owner did not log out so I could not set up the app as registered to their account and i had just been using the thermostat for controls for 1 year. So I did a reset, now it only controls the heating and the hot water setting has gone. It used to be the 3rd option on settings saying " Hot water schedule - enabled" (image below)
Now this setting is not there and I have lost my hot water to all my taps etc.!!
Any ideas please ASAP as I am not keen on cold showers!!
I cannot find a tech helpline, have we moved on from humans looking after clients now?
