I am livid. Forced to migrate my account to continue using my app, but then have to reconnect everything. I shouldn't be forced to incorporate my homes device into Google. I didn't ask for the company to be bought out. Not I can't control my **bleep** air at 4 AM. Up trying to figure out this **bleep** process. Fkn ridiculous.
I don't need, nor want all my private home information being stored by a monopolizing corporation. I should of been able to continue using the Nest App as is, without migration but instead I am up digging through thermostat options to find entry keys that aren't there, QR codes that don't help a fkn bit. Google knew I had the thermostat, harassed and forced me to migrate. They should of implemented a better carry out process for customers not to have to go through all of this! GOOGLE should of migrated everything after asking for my email address. Take the current app information and carry it over in a one for one. FFS act like a multi billion dollar profit company and put money into follow through!!! Half assed, unnecessary **bleep**. You don't need to control everything!
