Cooling is great, but heat pump doesn't reverse when I turn up heat.. I have pics of wires if I can upload.. it's going to be cold tonight!.. thanks

Sorry for the delay and I hope that you're safe. 

Do you still need help with this? If you do, is this a first time setup or has it worked before? Also, what type of Nest thermostat do you have? If possible, could you describe the wires that you have with the old thermostat and with this Nest one?
