My Google Nest says cooling but my air conditioning unit isn’t on. Not cooling.

I want my air on. It’s displaying cooling but the unit isn’t on so it’s not cooling. It was cooking yesterday.

I'm so sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help. Sorry to hear that you've been super hot, I know that is frustrating, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 

To get to the bottom of this, would you mind answering some questions for me.

• What troubleshooting steps have you taken to fix this?
• Have you checked on the wiring of your unit?
• Are you receiving any error messages?
