Thanks for posting in the Community! Sorry to hear that your Nest thermostat isn’t turning on the heating. No worries, help is here! Please provide me with the following information:

1. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
2. Could you post a photo of the previous and current wiring?
3. What kind of system do you have? (Conventional or Heat Pump)
4. Does the furnace activate while the fan doesn’t?
