My Nest link is not working

My nest link is not turning on and I cannot turn on my heating. Can I be sent a new one please asap.

I've tried all the suggested steps and it's still not turning on.

Thanks for reaching out. To confirm, in what country are you located? Also, what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Do you see any blinking light on your Nest link device? Do you mind listing the troubleshooting steps you've already tried?

I arranged for a boxt partner to visit and replace the faulty unit.

I used a case number which I got from support to arrange it to be fixed free of charge.
