We have two 2nd Gen Learning thermostats.
We used the link in our Email to attempt the purchase of two Gen 4 thermostats. We have two Gen 2 Learning thermostats that have been working for years BUT we are able to order only ONE new Gen 4 Learning thermostat.
I emptied the cart to abort and tried again but it said only 1 order per household.
Documentation says up to 3 can be ordered but that is not the experience we encountered. We want to order almost $300 of products.
How can we order 2 new thermostats to replace our existing Gen 2 thermostats?
