I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues connecting your thermostat to your Wi-Fi network, and I appreciate the steps you've taken, @Mattsanders. A few questions: are you getting any message codes or a report on its network settings? Have you tried the steps in this guide? Also, please check your thermostat's power readouts in its "Technical Info" settings. If the battery level drops to 3.7V, try charging the thermostat display for an hour to recharge before trying it again.
