Neat wiring error

My Neat has been working without any problems now it says it detected a wiring problem and I didn't touch anything.  Heat is on but not working.

What error message did it give?

Says I have a wiring error but I've had it for several years without a problem and it hasn't been touched.  Not sure where the battery is, when I pull the cover off I don't see any.

The battery for the Learning thermostat is internal and not replaceable.

Can you post a picture of how the base is wired?

It's possible that the thermostat is fine and your unit has a problem.
