Both my old nest and my recently purchased Nest 4g has an issue where the heating stops before the set temperature.
When set to 'Heat fuel source: Propane, the nest will heat for 10 minutes, rest 10 minutes and repeat.
When set to 'Heat fuel source: Gas, the nest will heat for 20 minutes, rest 10 minutes and repeat.
I've removed all learning protocols to make this a "dumb" thermometer.
I had a pro come over to inspect the unit and it's fine and is not sending a signal of overheating.
How do I stop this behavior?

Here's the latest. I sent the setting to be electric. It heated for 20 minutes, stopped, then immediately started again. WTF. This is supposed to be a learning thermostat. I would hope it would learn that if I am losing heat in my home, it should over right the eco settings and make sure my house would be heated, above all else?!

I look forward to your response.
