Nest 4th Gen Thermostat Temp and Sensor Selection

Is there an easy way to set both the temperature and what sensors to use without having to set both separately? This is possible on an Ecobee because both the temp and sensors to use are stored in a comfort setting, so you just select the comfort setting. The Nest only stores temp in the comfort setting. I am looking for an easy way to let people select both the temp and sensor manually. All my other smart home stuff is Apple and HomeKit so I don’t see any way to automate this with something like Shortcuts. I know I can set both temp and sensor in a schedule, but I need an easy way for someone to set both at a random time.
