Nest 4th gen 24-hour format setting not working

Hi, on iOS app it is not possible to set one of my thermostats to 24 hour format. Google Home app as well as thermostat are fully updated. If I click "24-hour format" button in "Display" settings, it allows me to click it and the box shows checked, but it quickly returns to the prior setting (“Locale default”). I clicked it multiple times, reset the app as well as thermostat and it just stays in 12-hour format mode.

I understand that you have tried to change the 24-hour format on your Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen), but when you go to the settings of the Google Home app on your iOS device, it appears that you have changed it. However, from one moment to the next, it reverts to the 'default regional settings.' For this reason, I appreciate you taking the time to carry out some troubleshooting steps.
