Nest E Learning thermostat

The device came off the wall and now won’t power on and is buzzing. The Nest app is stating there is an issue with the wiring… Can’t see how as no one has touched it and it has always worked fine! 
green light flashing, but black blank screen…

Any ideas for help please? Im thinking it is grey connector box
