Nest Learning Thermostat

Just moved to a new house and install the nest. 

The heat pump works normal. Seems line nest does not turn on the indoor condenser.

Heating and cooling does not work. Just fans runs.

Single fuel system with outdoor heat pump. no Error shows up on next. Changing O/b option does not change anything.

Try moving the red wire to the Rc terminal and make sure the white wire is in the W2 terminal and is et as AUX heat.

Do a reset to factory default and set it up again.
